The food, atmosphere, and super friendly staff definitely make this place to return to. Staff was always friendly and very, very accommodating even with our limited Japanese vocabulary. Definitely the highlight of our trip for sure!

Our room was old and had stains on the wall. The bedsheets had also stains. The Onsen, Lounge was great. The food was very delicious. Even though our room didn't feel romantic (harsh cold lighting) our overall experience was really good.

Closed to lighting exhibition as you can walk. Lobby was terrific but room was not like that. I stayed a night in Japanese styled room, it was stinky once I opened the door. There’s no restaurant to walk-in unless you not reserve hotel’s board. The only nearby restaurant was Yuba udon. It was very delicious but I preferred meat 😂

アルコール、お菓子、つまみ、ラウンジに関しては評判通りでとても良かった。夕食、朝食のビュッフェも栃木の地元の食材がたくさん使われており、旅行してきた甲斐があった。ただ、亀の井ホテルの建物自体はバブル時代に立てた建物なのだろう、ラウンジや、ビュフェ会場はリフォームされており雰囲気も良かったが、部屋に関しては平成レトロと言えば聞こえはいいが、悪く言えば古臭く、寂しさを感じる部屋だった。

色々突っ込みたいところはあるけど、何よりも料理のクオリティで満点評価。 ただ、お子様向けの料理がかなり少ないので、お子様連れは苦戦するかも。 お酒に合うように味付けもされていて、小鉢は量が少なめでたくさんの種類に手を出せたからよかった。 お試し1泊にしてしまったのが悔やまれる。 数日の連泊でリフレッシュしにまた行きたい。

オールインクルーシブでお酒飲み放題なのは良かったですし、温泉も満足できました。 建物や部屋はかなり年季を感じますが、清掃はきちんとされていて、不快感はありませんでした。部屋も広めです。 一方で、食事は種類こそ多いものの、ファミリー向けの内容が中心で、一品ごとの質や特別感はやや物足りなく感じました。 子供連れや学生グループには楽しみやすいホテルだと思いますが、落ち着いた食事や上質さを求めるシニア層には少し合わないかもしれません。 個人的には「一度行けば十分かな」という印象でした。

家族7人で泊まりました。オールインクルーシブは大変助かりました。メニューも豊富で老若男女楽しめました。チェックインから飲み放題、おつまみも食べ放題に子供達は大興奮。ご飯前に卓球やダーツ、ゲームも楽しめました。スタッフのおもてなしも素敵でした。一泊ではもったいない何泊もしたいホテルでした。
