What I liked about the property is the proximity to restaurants and shopping mall. What I didn’t like about it is the facilities & amenities i.e. no coffee/tea making facility, no refrigerator, no toiletries except for soap in a dispenser, small & thin material towel, dirty toilet & bedding, loud noise from the ceiling fan, poor pest control as there are many ants in the room, unfriendly staff although one guy at the receptionist was kind and helpful enough to let me keep my pastries in the housekeeping fridge and the worst thing is that the hotel has no privacy at all due to no sound proof of the hotel rooms. I had to endure lack of sleep throughout the night and the stress due to noises from other rooms especially a room which has a toddler who cried and wailed loudly a few times during the night and disturbed my sleep. The thing that made me disappointed the most is because the hotel rates are not so cheap and we paid RM171 for a 2 double-bed room plus RM135 for a triple room as we did not have a lot of choices in view of school holidays and many people also got away from their homes due to the closure of water at semenyih and bukit tampoi water plants recently

Comfortable budget hotel
This is a nice budget hotel at the heart of Nilai. Near to KLIA and Sepang Formula 1 Circuit (around 30 minutes travel time). WiFi connectivity (the provide free Wifi but very slow, less then 1Mbps), TV may include basic satellite TV service (currently can watch using regular ariel only) , may provide jug cattle in each room (currently offering hot water via water dispenser located in each floor's public area), may provide better bath towels (provided towels are very thin and small).

Nice and Convenient.
The room was nicer than i expected despite the ratings the hotel had. It was also nice and convenient as it is really near to all other restaurants and eateries in the city as it is within walking distance. Had to find a place to stay as I had an event to get to at my university and the distance is less than 5 minutes by car. Overall a pretty convenient and nice place to stay for two nights with the price i got.

Last resort place to sleep
Thought I'd be saving money staying close to the KLIA 2 airport. As it was the taxi was still 90 MYR return trip. The hotel wasn't the cleanest, a big cockroach was in my room. The tiny room had a single bed with a very thin pillow and mattress. The Rv was stuck on the one channel( in Chinese). Not recommended should of stayed at Tune near KLIA2 instead
