“Beautiful, clean rooms. Large room. We stayed in a king room on first floor. I thought the bed was a little too hard, husband thought it was just right. Cleaning staff was always happy and helpful. Only drawback is there was no breakfast or coffee. Would stay again.”

“The place was dirty, not just from a short while. You could tell it was not kept clean for a long time. Weird sticky floors, a frozen over fridge with crumbs, a leaking toilet, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When I mentioned some of these things to the staff I just got a blank stare”

“First, at check-in the GM noticed my fiance was with me (not staying) and immediately insisted that I give him $20 because I booked only 1 traveller staying. I explained that he was only helping me with my bags and having lunch with me before he went home. He wasnt staying. He wanted to know when he would be leaving. “Check-in was easy. Staff was so friendly. Booked the reservation on the same day. Room was SO clean and tidy. GREAT kitchenette. There were two of us with some food allergies so having that kitchen with a bigger fridge and proper freezer was a God-send. VERY comfortable bed and shower was luxurious.
