"It’s located convent from JR station, but it was kind a lot of walk from Nankai line station.
I appreciate the coin laundry and convenience store that is located in the hotel."
"Great hotel, a luxury feel at an affordable price. Great views overlooking the city skyline at night and 3 great restaurants within. Staff were very helpful and made our stay easy. I would absolutely book this hotel again."
"Our family of 4 stayed in one of Centara's family rooms and it was perfectly designed for kids, with bunk beds, a kid size closet area, and even slippers for the kids! The bathroom even had bubble bath. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of Osaka. Great area, easily walkable to trains, shops, and restaurants. Some train noise being right by the tracks, but not noticeable overnight. Yummy complementary drinks were available by reception. We also enjoyed the serve yourself bar on the 32nd floor. Would definitely stay here again!"
"The location and amenities were wonderful, as were the staff! The food options left us wanting a little, but that forced us out into the surrounding area where we found delicious options! The nighttime displays and celebrations were awesome and so unexpected!"
"Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day."
"Hotel is very near to airport. Breakfast is at 21F, with great view. However breakfast does not have much variety. There are 2 tax free shops located nearby. One of the shop even operates 24 hours, where you can do your last minute shopping. Overall a nice stay."
"Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic staff. We had shipped our luggage from Kyoto to this hotel for our final leg in Osaka before heading back home to the US. Yamoto transport misplaced one of our luggage. We were flying out in two days. The AirTag I placed in my luggage showed it was with the transport agency in Kyoto. Yu (at the front desk) was superb as she helped get a hold of the transport agency, got them to track down the lost luggage, and had them delivered it to the hotel by 8 am on the day we had to fly back. It took her multiple calls and extensive conversations to convince the transport agency that they had the bag and not my previous hotel in Kyoto. Thanks so much for the wonderful service."
