"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "The property is at a good location but unfortunately the beach Cala Porta Vecchia and the road was under renovation 2025 which made it much less convenient. The street is busy at the evenings as it is the Main Street but the sound isolation in the apartment is good so we were happy with the sound level. The shower is very small though."

It's near all the spots you want to see when going to polignano a mare; the beaches, cute little shops, bars/restaurants, etc. The apartment was cute and we loved having a little kitchen + a table outside on the little deck. "From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star"
