“Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

“Beautiful boutique just outside Sorrento. Very welcoming and understood all our needs during our stay. A little outside of Sorrento but a bus is very easy to get and only take 15 minutes to get in. Tip - go to a tobacco shop selling the bus tickets on your first visit down and get all you'll need for your trip then you won't have to worry!”

“Residence el Incanto has a wonderful view over the see. I could reach to Sorrento & Positano easily. Facilities were very clean and convenient. The owner is very friendly and provides useful information for traveling around the area. I would definitely like to stay here again.”

“The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
