"Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted by resort. Bathrooms are too small with lots of wasted space in bedroom and living room. Wish there was more indoor seating. Patio with loungers and table was great! Front lobby staff and luggage service were outstanding!"

"Ideal location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Limited amenities. Only one buffet available for breakfast. Of the three ala carte restaurants. One was excellent and the other two were above average. Overall. A solid 3.5 out of 5. Could use some renovations. Due to aging and dated rooms."

"I loved the property, the staff, the amenities everything was top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I will say is there were a lot of young teenage Americans who were completely disrespectful, drunk at all times, loud, screaming through the halls at 2:00-3:00 in the morning, and while I understand it is hard for the hotel to do anything about this, there have to be some rules in place out of respect for the other paying guests. In many cases, the parents were there and nothing was said or done. I felt sorry for the security guards around the pool that had a little or no control over that behavior, but I believe rules have to be put in place and enforced. Every guest paid money to enjoy a vacation at that resort, but unfortunately this type of thing can result in people booking elsewhere. While I realize parents need to do better, the resort must also have rules and guidelines. Aside from that, I loved the Bacelo property and all that it had to offer.."
