Overall this is a clean and fun hotel off the beaten path. You won’t get the extravagant pools or beachfront views of one of the more expensive properties, but there’s a beach shuttle and large pool with a hot tub. Rooms are spacious.

Breakfast menu was the same everyday - except for the soup. It was switched up. The spa was very good and worth the money I had thought all rooms had balconies based on the Expedia info but we did not have a balcony. Such a great resort in a nice location, quiet but close to the beach and lots of restaurants. We had an issue with our room and the staff was quick to help us. There was a nice assortment for breakfast options. Upon check in, our room was not ready so they were happy to hold our bags and we went straight to the pool!

This Hotel never disappoints, the staff really are going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We stayed at the Mill for 5 nights and the rooms were clean, updated and spacious. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to Gianni's and accessible to the beach via the resort golf shuttle or easily walkable. The resort provides towels for the pool and beach and the happy hours were great. We will be looking back into this resort for our next visit during NYE as this hotel was great for the price point during this specific week in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at on the island for the holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay!! Honestly I can barely think of anything to complain about. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and always asking if they could do anything for you. Everything was clean and tidy. At first we were hesitant about not being on the beach, but the shuttle was always available and it was only a ten minute walk. The pool was bigger than you’d expect for a small hotel. The only thing we were annoyed about was our noisy neighbours and how we could basically hear them breathing through the joining door, but if the air conditioning was on, most of the noise was blocked out. Also, check-in was slow. But we would absolutely come back, and we don’t usually hit the same hotel twice, so that’s saying a lot! I’d say the value is totally there!

I had an outstanding breakfast experience, and I have to highlight the incredible team that made it unforgettable. The selection was excellent - plenty of fresh options, great variety, and everything was well presented. But what truly set the morning apart was the service. Melinda Farro is, without exaggeration, one of the hardest-working and most dedicated hostesses I've encountered anywhere in the world. I've traveled extensively, and I genuinely haven't seen anyone move with her level of energy, care, and professionalism. She went above and beyond for every guest, never stopped moving, and did it all with a warm, welcoming attitude. She is a true standout. I also want to recognize Yosmar, who provided wonderful customer service throughout the meal. Friendly, attentive, and thoughtful - exactly what you hope for when you sit down to start your day. Together, they made the experience exceptional. Highly recommended.
