What a perfect place to stay. Close but away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, modern, clean, and easy. Location was great. Beaches were beautiful. Was nice being able to eat at home some of the time. I guess the only thing is that the stairs are narrow and short. If you have a toddler or elderly you may just talk to management and see if they have one more accessible. I would definitely recommend. I’m super discerning and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Superb stay! Excellent location, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Staff were amazing, very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. The units were beautiful, nice open layout. Well stocked, very clean and provided many amenities. It was nice having a private pool lounge area too. We would definitely be staying here again.

Tuscany Residence was more than we expected! A gorgeous home, with lots of room for my family of so to spread out and have some privacy. Usually we’re driving each other nuts by the end of the week, but the fact that everyone had their own space was great! Kevin met us at check-in to show us around the home, explained how the appliances worked, and was super responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We chose to rent one of the luxury villas, and the pool was a nice way to relax after busy days at the beach or on an excursion. We had everything we needed for our stay - pans, pots, utensils, even a grill - making eating at home an easy option. They make beach days easy too - with beach towels, chairs, even a cooler. The location was convenient to everything. Only good things to say! This was our first trip to Aruba, and we’re already talking about our next one - and we’ll be staying at Tuscany Residence again for sure! Highly recommend!

I like that the area was clean and very close to the beach. The house is very nice and modem except for some issues we encountered while we are staying for 6 nights. The AC in the house worked for the first night then broke on the or 2nd day. They managed to fix the 2 bedrooms but the master and living room AC was not cooling at all. I had to request a fan so we can ventilate the humidity for the rest of our stay. Not what you expect for a luxury townhouse. I was offered a day refund and we are being nice about it. Not recommended for older people or young kids cause the staircase going to the bedrooms are very stiff. The staff are great but needed better communication specially from the maintenance people. AC is a must for townhouses like this and for us to stay in place where the temperature is better outside is quite annoying and depressing. Not a good first impression and we will definitely look somewhere else next time.

This was very clean, new, spacious and nice property. Also, very conveniently located to many areas for shopping and eating. The manager, Kevin was super kind, readily available and very helpful during the entire stay. This property aslo provided icebox, foldable chairs and lots of beach towers that became really handy during our study. Wonderful place to add joy and convenience for your get aways in Aruba.

Fantastic property! Clean, quiet and literally a 10-15 minute walk from the Ritz. The staff were kind and helpful and the townhouse was spacious, well designed and family friendly. While the area is currently under construction, it promises to be an exclusive enclave in the Aruba community. Will definitely return.

I recently visited the Tuscany Condo, even though it’s still under construction, and was impressed. It’s exceptionally clean and spacious with great closet space. The location is fantastic, and the community is very welcoming. A special shout-out to Paula for her friendliness and helpfulness. Tuscany Condo promises to be a great place to stay!

The unit was very nice, with a modern European flair. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a family dinner, and the beds were super comfy. There was a small and private backyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee and where our kids hung out to get some space. Kevin, the property manager was very friendly and arrived at the unit promptly when he said he’d be there. He made sure we were comfortable before he left. Our unit did not have its own pool, but there was one just a few steps away, which was a nice bonus. The beach was a short walk. The only negative is that the complex still has construction going on, so it doesn’t feel “finished.” With that said, we very much enjoyed our stay and really liked the extra space!

It was AMAZING! Treated us like family, Kevin was great! We will definitely be back. I recommend for all types of travelers, the pool was great. They even came to clean it during our stay. Everything was less than 9 minutes away. They only have taxis & they accept cash only. Taxis were no more than $15, a little pricey but it’s ARUBA! BOOK IT!!!

The property manager met me on site and did a walkthrough and explained the features of the property and appliances. He had information about Aruba available. He was just a phone call away if I needed anything. The property was very clean with all up to date appliances. The privacy pool was amazing just wish it was heated so that we could utilize it more. February is their winter so after sunset the pool was cold. I will most definitely come back and book this property again.
