"No AC because owner was too cheap to fix. It was hotter than outside. Bathroom sink was not draing. No microwave. No ice. Only good thing is it's relatively clean and staff was helpful given the situation."

"I have first used A&O in Edinburgh when they first opened the hostel few years ago. I was very impressed how nice and clean the facilities were. We just stayed me and my sister in A&O in Rotterdam.
