The staff were always helpful and kind. They asked me about my trip and I mentioned that it was my birthday and when I came back later that day they had left me a bottle of champagne and some chocolates. First rate.

Just bear in mind it has a typical Dutch staircase so might not be ideal if you have mobility issues but this was not a problem for us. Great location, great facilities in the apartment, though there was little space around the bed. Also, the coffee machine did not seem to work. Maybe a simple cafetiere would be easier and better for the environment?
