The property is good and well maintained, it was very clean but I did wake up with a cockroach in the bathroom. But nice property for the price.

Y esta calle tiene toda clase de restaurantes por lo que no necesitas tomar transporte pero también hay un trolley que es gratis y te lleva a recorrer el área de collis ave , se los recomiendo . Good option to stay close to Downtown Miami. The area is safe for walking at any time. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The property is quite clean, and the room is spacious. Great location, clean, staff was very attentive and helpful. Valet parking guys were excellent, cant remember the names but the guy from Brazil and the one from colombia were great. Overall loved the place and will stay again.

I was a little upset when I checked in. Due to many flight delays, cancellations and spending the night in an airport - I was exhausted and couldn’t wait to check in. We had booked a room and when we found out we wouldn’t make it the first night due to a flight cancelation I immediately called the property. I was told that they would put a note on my reservation so I would not show up as a no show and have my reservation canceled. I was told when we arrived the next day we could check in...

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩.
