โIt was located in a very quiet and peaceful area by lake. I could relax for a couple of days enjoyng tranquility. Also staffs are quite helpful. I will recommend this hotel to many of my friends. Thanks!!!โ
โWe stayed at the Hyatt before heading out on a cruise, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional . Great location, easy access to the port. Weโll definitely stay here again!โ

โOur stay at Costa Hollywood was fantastic from start to finish. The suite felt more like a luxury condo โ super spacious. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location canโt be beat โ steps from the boardwalk and all the action, but still peaceful at night. Weโll definitely be coming backโ

โI stay in a lot of hotels, and this one impressed me with how seamless everything was. Check-in took less than two minutes, housekeeping was consistently on point, and the vibe was relaxed but upscale. You can tell the team really cares โ it doesnโt feel cookie-cutter at all. There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
