“Great location close to south beach and staff were very helpful especially Oscar who never said no to any request.. the accommodation was spacious but some of the rugs and furniture need a update. Water pressure on shower very poor. The price was very reasonable by fir the two bed villa.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!”

“I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. He banged on multiple doors, repeatedly knocked on mine, shouted insults and slurs, and repeatedly threatened to harm whoever had reported him. I immediately informed the hosts that I no longer...
