"The property was very nice. Rooms were very clean and the maid service was great! I would highly recommend staying here. We had a room with a fire pit. We didn’t use the fire pit but loved being able to sit outside. The room was very spacious. Close to everything and easy to get around."

"This is a beautiful hotel, staff is courtesy and very helpful! My only complaint was our room could have been cleaner and the water a little hotter, but overall a very nice hotel with proximity to Seaport Village with shops and restaurants was a plus!! Parking spots in the garage are extremely tight! $55 a night to park, plus daily resort fee."

"We happened to stay on the day of the "Open Table Pool Reservation" launch.... Although we were not told this at check in the day prior, nor did we received the promised text with reservation instructions, the staff was very accommodating and we were able to enjoy a fantastic day at the pool with no other hiccups. "Maggie," the person in charge of pool service that day, was exceptional. Despite the multiple guests that had the same "pool reservation" issue, she remained, calm, professional, and above all, pleasant. She made what I initially believed to be a disaster nothing more than a brief pause to the morning. Everything about his hotel is fabulous, but above all, the staff is amazing. The facility can be as wonderful as anything, but without a staff committed to service, it means nothing. This is by far the best place I have ever had the pleasure to stay."
