“Peaceful motel on a great location. Owner was so friendly and nice. Definitely would like to visit again.”

“The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“Terrible experience. The room had a strong smoke odor despite being advertised as non-smoking. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.”

“Check in was fine and went smooth. It was a bit stuffy/musty smell in the hallway and the room was hot when we walked in. We turned the air down and left for a few hours and it cooled down significantly. Beds were pretty comfortable and bathroom was clean but a touch on the small side. Overall for price, it was fine to stay for a night.”
