"The hotel room is really old but consider it is opening for over 30 years that’s acceptable. Hotel management should consider renovate the property to compete the new hotels. I booked the hotel through Expedia and tired to reach out for a refund because my schedule change, it was so difficult and nothing i was able to do to change the reservation. Frustrating process."
