"Very clean hotel and friendly staff"

"The location was amazing!"

"Very nice big room with excellent service good breakfast nice location"

"Clean room and nice staff."

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"房間乾淨，位置便利"

"Breakfast is wonderful. Coffee, hot water, microwave and self laundry are very convenient."

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"This was a reliable place to stay, the breakfast was great!"

"Perfect location, amazing quality price+ good hospitality service."

"Excellent Hotel overall. Especially for the price."

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with taxi efforts."

"This place is 30% worse than the photos suggest. But it is very convenient and affordable relative to other foreigner hotels. It is barely adequate as a hotel but adequate enough."

"Super hôtel, endroit calme reposant . Personnel au top à l’écoute. Idéalement situé "

"客房乾淨，員工服務親切友善，離地鐵站非常的近很方便，第一次到北京來玩非常適合住這"

"Everything was very good "

"This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience."
