"We were given the wrong rooms upon arrival and the drinks were not strong and served with bottom shelf liquor. The parties were OK until somebody threw up in the pool. At the Italian restaurant there was roaches on the table to which we were upgraded to the elite club dining for the following night, but this was towards the beginning of our trip so we had to eat out for the majority, the buffet was stale. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the views were beautiful, but I wouldn’t travel here again."

"We were so happy with this resort. The staff was so friendly, if we asked a question they walked us directly to what we were looking for, and were so playful with the kids. Our room was beautiful, newly remodeled. Had not a single issue getting into an à la cart that we wanted without any wait, and the kids were obsessed with the water park"
