“I wish I was able to choose 0 star, this was by far the worst resort that I have booked from Expedia. Let alone, it took 4 hours to even obtain a room when check in is scheduled for 3pm. Then when we arrived to the room, dirty linens, damaged furniture & rude customer service. The room was eventually replaced after another 2-3 hours. If you’re cool with a place that’s kinda rundown on the outside, very close to airport (you hear the planes landing and taking off) hanging out with locals and being 20ft from Dead-end Beach, this place is perfect.”
