โHad the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite. โ
โCheck in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day.

โI never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
