Our stay at Ocean Coral Springs was a nightmare. We arrived at 2:00 PM and waited 1.5 hours in line just to check in. Our room wasn't ready, and we didn't get inside until 5:00 PM. The first room was tiny, loud, and right next to the pool music. Shockingly, the pull-out couch was covered in stains, mold, dirt, and rust. We showed photos to the duty manager, who apologized and promised a new room in one hour. It actually took nearly two hours of us chasing down staff to get it. They moved us to the "Privilege Area," but the next morning we woke up to cockroaches crawling in the room and bathroom. My kids were terrified. A manager called, apologized, and sent fumigators, forcing us out for the day. However, although they fumigated, the room was not cleaned by housekeeping for two days. By 9:00 PM that night, the room still wasn't cleaned, despite assurances from multiple staff members throughout the day. My wife was furious trying to put our toddler to sleep. They had to put us in a temporary room while cleaners finally went in at 9:15 PM. To make it up to us, a manager texted a confirmation for a 7:00 PM dinner reservation at the Privilege Lounge the next night. When we got dressed up and arrived, they had no record of it. They made us wait in the lobby while they tried and failed to reach a manager. Frustrated, we left. 50 minutes later, they tracked us down at another restaurant, offered a bottle of wine sent to the room, which we refused. We just wanted a nice family vacay.

Decent hotel, nice swimming pools, beautiful beach, friendly staff. However, rooms are a little smaller than other hotels I visited, and not enough food varieties. My kids love it though...
