“Nice stay”

“The place was well kept and clean the swimming pool was under reconstruction which was a big turn off bar was always closed after breakfast the restaurant was closed even on a Friday afternoon No form of entertainment if ur visiting u would have to unfortunately venture out into the unprotected to find food and entertainment this was really a bad experience for me”

“My first impression was disappointing. The check‑in attendants were not welcoming and did not provide clear instructions. Wayfinding around the resort was extremely difficult—signage was poor, staff directions were confusing, and you often had to walk outside the resort just to avoid getting lost. There was no entertainment or daytime activities for adults besides getting in the pool, which closed at 6 PM along with most of the resort. That is very early, especially for adults who expect...

“Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again”

“Great location, clean room”

“This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.”

“nice room,,and beatiful beach outside..”

“flying roaches, not functioning electrical outlets, no hot water, unanswered/no response to complaints”

“Great breakfast. Pleasant friendly staff. Spa was great at a good price”

“Not what I expected, hidden gem, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of Ocho Rios Very helpful staff, amazing chef. ”

“It was always good to stay but the only issue I didn’t like low water pressure at night. I will always recommend the sea shell palms anytime”

“Great service, people, and food”

“The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe.”

“Was good”

“TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...
