“everything the staff is really nice. the buffet is good honestly i just rather eat at the buffet for $109 wr did dunn river falls, snorkeling for 45min & had a boat party with an open bar!!!’ you cant beat that! the kayaking was sooooo nice ! you come to clean room everyday! they fill your fridge its super cool the staff is super friendly ”

“Sandals Ochi is a beautiful property with a good range of included activities, friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. There is a HUGE amount of dining options. We weren't able to visit every restaurant during our week-long stay. Would definitely choose Sandals again in the future.”

“I can’t express enough how fantastic the service, food, entertainment and overall quality of the resort. We were blown away! I want to say a special thank you to Melissa the GM, her attentiveness and customer care was exceptional. Massive shout out to chef Juan, chef Kevin and Chef Derrick - we requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and these guys delivered to such a high standard and made our stay so special. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 all round”

“This was my third time staying at the Cardiff Hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The staff are always willing to help. My room had a balcony with chairs where I sat and enjoyed the beautiful view of trees and the ocean. The hotel grounds are well kept with lots of plants and fruit trees. Meals are served outside with the beautiful view. I had the breakfast plan. There was a variety to choose from each day. Breakfast was delicious. I chose...

“It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice.”
