"The room was not what we booked. Staff unhelpful. The room was poor quality. We were told we would get some of our money refunded and have not. Location is very good and that is what you pay for."

"The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including fast wi-fi. It is centrally located and we felt safe there. The front desk staff was not very friendly and we often felt uncomfortable when interacting with them. There is a small beach that cost $8 and is a five minute walk away and the airport is super close. Not bad for a few night stay. "

Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect."

"We had an ocean view room which was truly amazing. The hotel is luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made you feels very special, nothing was too much trouble and they catered to your every need, even had drinks service on the beach! There was always a selection of food and drinks and again if you wanted you could have pool service. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends or even solo travellers. "

"Clean space, no roaches or many bugs but the place is not as advertised. They use a general picture for the house and beach which I felt was somewhat misleading despite their description being pretty accurate. It’s a studio with a view of the beach but not from the bed, only when you stand at the balcony. It’s close to many beaches and there’s food places around while the main town is close by. Bathroom has no caddy or place to put things in the shower and the water takes some time to heat but that could have been due to the effects of the hurricane. Overall not worth as much in my opinion but if you must find a place by the beach it is a good option."
