โI donโt usually leave reviews, but I travel a lot and thought this might help someone. This was a quick business trip, and I just needed a clean bed to rest for a few hoursโnothing fancy.
The place is basically a motel, but it was clean. The room had a microwave, coffee machine, and mini fridge. However, there was no coffee provided, and when I asked the guy at the front office, he didnโt have any and didnโt know how to use the coffee machine either.
Staff didnโt wear uniforms, so it was hard...
โThe food was great they had a lot of options. The lasagna was awesome in the Italian restaurant. The beds are comfortable just could use a comforter because the rooms are cold. Overall everything was great.โ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ
โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ
โWe had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfulโwe had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. โ
โLet's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. This nice quiet family owned resort is kind and compassionate

โIt was very nice and beautiful although the neighborhood is very condescending the property is very nice and quiet. The owner of the property SB., is very sweet and kind and helps with any and everything. โ
โI got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.
