“I enjoyed my stay. I had a few bugs in my room. I notified the front desk and they sprayed the room. My key decided to stop working; they had to replace the card twice but then changed the batteries to the box inside the door issue resolved. My friend’s room had a leak from the ceiling; maintenance fixed the issue. Despite those things the Hotel is beautiful and staff very nice.”

“J’aime bien les services, mais svp mettez des activités dans l’hôtel c’est plate quand il n’y a rien, vous allez avoir beaucoup plus de personnes si vous mettez un peu d’activités pour que les gens puissent profiter”

“My nephew and I stayed at Sea Gardens. The staff were very fun and professional. The show time dance and activities was enjoyable. The food was delicious especially the braised beef. I also like that we could access food until 1:00 and they have an onsite club. Zoey from Entertainment was such a vibe. Our driver Kevin drove us to the airport- was such a gentleman. We are definitely staying here on our next adventure.”

“Customer service was excellent”

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”

“Loved the staff. All super friendly and helpful. The food was okay. The buffet food was consistent, it was lukewarm consistently. The Italian restaurant was the best of the bunch. The whole place looked “tired” and needed freshened up. The bathrooms by the pool were icky and needed constant cleaning and neither the water nor the dryer worked in both the ladies and gents. Overall the place was okay. Was it 5 star great no. I expected more for a 5 star hotel and vacation.”

“Excellent Service”

“Excellent location, professional staff, great breakfast and an overall good stay.”

“Great ”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”
