โThe hotel has friendly staff and is in a good location near downtown, beaches, nightlife, and the airport. The rooms were clean with a functional fridge. โ
โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ

There were areas of peeling paint. Some of the furniture in the room looked a little abused. The blue mountain restaurant was great but the meal took quite a long time to arrive. The Asian restaurant was average. We didnโt participate in the Hibachi. The French restaurant was very good. Loved the entertainment. The foam party was a great hit. Loved the spa โ
โI like everything about the property even my grandchildren say they want to come back there BUT the laundry was very poor I get to understand they use outside laundry which is very bad at night and early morning no towels and they say they donโt give wash cloth that is a no no the hot water boiler is always off in the morning only cold water to shower if they fix these situations it can be a great place the towels at bad colour and course they need their own laundry and things will get better a...
