"We had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful—we had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. "

"I loved the vintage ambiance of the SeaGarden Beach Resort. I was impressed to see the grounds people walking around the property enhancing the maintenance and upkeep. There were two great breakfast waitress that provided great service on Thursday morning, I can remember their names but they understood the importance of connecting with the guest.

We had an amazing time and the resort itself is beautiful, just 15 min drive from the airport and located right on the beach to walk to without worries. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Not one time did we feel unsafe as we walked down the strip to shop and even went to Lounge 2727. Highly recommend this resort and again we had an amazing time!! We will be back Jamaica!!

"This property was disgusting. EXTREMELY dirty, outdated, no hot water and horrible customer service. The pool was not operable so there were literally no amenities there. This was not a resort. They do not even have ice. I would never recommend this slump. I cannot believe Expedia even allowed this hotel on their site. I rather sleep on a bench at the airport than here."
