โEverything was good. Location, room, food, staff etc. This is my new spot to stay when I come to JA. You get the same that you would get at a more expensive resort for wayyy less here. Loved it!

โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ

โIt was very nice and beautiful although the neighborhood is very condescending the property is very nice and quiet. The owner of the property SB., is very sweet and kind and helps with any and everything. โ
โI got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.
