Staff are very friendly very nice clean place, ambiance marvelous, restaurant staff and the food are excellent especially red snapper and sugar cane. But I also encountered some challenges that threw me off considering the price I pay to stay at that hotel. I had a spa appointment which I had to cancel because there were no towels available for me to take a shower I waited from 340 pm to 617pm before I got some towels I had to walk up to the front desk to get towels and my room was not cleaned until after 340 pm I had to call front desk to have a housekeeper to clean my room her name is Cassandra she did a great job she was running all over the place trying to find me some towels to take a shower but none was available, one of the receptionist was very rude.
