“If somehow your room gets messed up I hope you have patience. Front staff lady is more combative than helpful. I’m not really sure where my booking went wrong but hearing the conversation between Expedia and their staff was just awful.”

I should have cancelled and left right then. Then they moved my room from the second floor to the first which is scarier for me. No light in the bathroom bathroom door would not shut completely had to use our phones to light up the bathroom Stuff was all over the walls no vending machine like they advertised management didn't seem to care if I could.I would ask for a refund”
