“Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

Great hotel with excellent amenities. The staff was really friendly, and the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was a huge benefit. The outdoor jacuzzi was the main attraction and the staff supplied complimentary s’mores kits for the fire pit”
