"Amazing staff. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them and they look smart and very well spoken. The room was absolutely amazing, nice and clean. It's amazing how so many original features are still there. The ghost walk and the self guided tour was also fantastic. We will certainly be back as we want to do the after hours tour. Couldn't ask for a better service or place to stay 😊"

"Straight away, from the outside The Beach looked inviting and the location really was perfect. On checking in, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful, cheerful and efficient. The room was light, airy and very clean with everything you need at hand. The shower was, without a doubt, the best hotel shower we had ever used, hot for as long as we needed it and fabulous pressure behind it.
In the morning, after a restful sleep, we were directed to the dining area which had views out over the bay, and the staff simply couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was supplied to order and individual - not massed produced and was delicious.
Overall, this is one of the best stop-over hotels we have ever used (and we've been in a few, let me tell you) and would definitely recommend The Beach to any and all visitors to Bude.

"Staff made you feel very welcome and our dog too. The dog gift in the room. Her bed and bowls.
The beautiful inn and shops.
Breakfast was soo good and a sausage for our little dog.
The evening meal was good value for money. Nice food menu. Not over fancy

"Lovely hotel. Brilliantly located in bude either to stay in the town and have everythinga walk away, or to get in and out of bude quickly. Food in the restaurants was brilliant, I had the short rib pappadelle and it was divine.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Will stay again!
