“I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

“Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private.”

“Great location, very relaxing. Perfect get away for couples without children”

“The caravan was good however the microwave was not working and the tv reception was very poor also sky box and fire stick was not working. Lucky we were able to watch the England game in the World Cup !!”

“The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“I had no wifi as there isnt in Foxes Den at first i was disconcerted then enjoyed reading and sitting outside instead of infront of the TV. It was just what I needed”

“Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort...

“The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“Could not have asked for more. Cabin is well equipped and feels homey, without being claustrophobic. Good shower, and mini kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, plus a barbecue outside. Felt private and peaceful. Looking out onto the fields was very relaxing, and meeting the animals was a wonderful experience! Great list of recommendations, hosts very friendly and attentive without being ‘in your face’. Easy parking, loads to explore nearby!”

“One of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. I've done glamping before but not in a bell tent and it's changed my life. That will be my go-to glamping experience from now on. Also, the camp kitchen was so handy to have!!”

“We had the best week imaginable in this adorable shepherd's hut. The communication with the host was impeccable and they were friendly, helpful and efficient with every query. The hot tub is huge, as is the outside area for relaxing - the garden area is well shaded through the evening by trees and there is a field of beautiful cows for company. Bring logs etc for the tub, barbeque and log burner. It feels very private and isolated but it's relatively close to all the nearby amenities in...
