"Good location for Ipswich, room was very clean. Window's were not very good! Old style double glazing. Shower was not very good, no control on temperature and no pressure. Mattress was okay but could do with a new one."

"Superb hotel, comfortable stay, room excellent. Breakfast wonderful. Only niggles were the bar prices very akin to London and when compared to other hotel spas facilities there were lacking for the admission fee. Would stay again as well overall a great hotel."
