"We had a wonderful week's stay. The Standard was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I will definitely stay again when I return to London."

"It was a really nice room. We only required it for the night. It was pretty clean, beds were comfortable. We had a good TV selection. Only only minor complaint is there was no face towel, which I know is the policy but was a pain using the big towels. I also found a hair on one of the bath towels. As it was very late at night and I'd changed into my pyjamas I didn't want to walk all the way back to reception. I did let the staff know in the morning and they did apologise. The staff were very helpful otherwise and gave all the information required."

"The room was immaculate and laid out well, but quite small. Our room had a support column next to the bed. IIt had a King bed and would have been more comfortable with a Queen bed. The bathroom was modern, the shower new and working perfectly. Staff helpful, and location could not be better. Excellent business hotel. A bit on the pricey side for the room size, but right next to the big rail stations. We would stay there again."
