Bedford Hotel

"This was a good hotel in a good location in London, for a very reasonable price. The room was big on amenities, and we didn't realize there was no air conditioner there, but then again we really didn't need it in March. The staff was very helpful. The room was a little smaller than what we thought we were getting viewing the photos online, but for the price we didn't mind. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are trying to "keep it simple" with size vs a good location & price. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here & once again - I absolutely love this place. The location is fabulous, a 7 min walk to Kings Cross, food galore of all kinds within a 4 min walking distance, 2 pubs across the street to choose from - just everything you need. Point A is my favorite hotel brand in England & In Ireland & I truly will not stay anywhere else. If you're traveling with a friend, husband, child - it's perfect. The only downfall is that's it, 2 people. I so wish they had a few choices for 3 people room's. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the British Museum and very well connected to the Underground, which made getting around London incredibly easy. The room is compact and minimal in size for two people, but everything you need is cleverly fitted into the space. The layout feels almost engineered with millimetric precision! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they immediately solved it by changing our room without any hassle. A special thank you to Podja for her care and attention throughout our stay — she truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!"

"Great location. Smooth check in. Room is comfortable but if you’re on the street side it’s fairly noisy. Bar and lobby is one of London’s biggest MacBook warrior hangouts. Biggest downside was the absurd frosted glass door on the bathroom (not all rooms have this) giving zero privacy; whoever designs these things needs to change career. "

"The shower would regularly cut out whilst using it. Whilst my wife got ready, I used the bathroom across the hallway; although I locked the door, it turns out that this doesn’t actually lock the door, so another guest walked in on me. Being able to shower and not having other guests accidentally intrude upon me in the bathroom are basic expectations of a stay in any hotel. The hotel didn't even respond when I messaged them about this."
