"We had an amazing one week stay. Clean and comfortable. Coffee, milk, snacks thoughtfully provided. Kitchen well equipped with just the right tools for simple breakfast and morning coffee before heading out. Three different train lines within 3 minute walk. "

"We were told to ring half hour before so someone can meet us to let us in. I rang half hiur before to let them know. We got to the apartment at 7pm and no one was there. So i rang and said someone is on there way. 20minutes later i rang again and said someone shouls be there any minute. 15minutes past and still no one. Rang the third time and they said the same thing. I did make it clear i had 4 young kids and my wife standing outside all this time. After the 3rd phone call we were waiting...

"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "

"Modern, clean apartment close to King’s Cross/St Pancras Tube/Intl train station. Amenities were good, including full gym. Close to convenience store for food basics. "

"Room was ok with kitchen facilities but no cups?? Shared bathroom seemed continuously occupied so it was not possible to use the shower before going out which was frustrating."
