"As an American tourist I wanted to stay at a hotel that would hold my luggage for me before check in and with 24 hr staff for assistance. The staff was very friendly and gave us some suggestions of places to eat and have coffee while we waited. The comfy room was SNUG but it had all of the amenities I needed. I wish the room had more accessible outlets. There was one on one side of the bed but not the other. We accidentally overloaded the circuit in our bedroom because of it by using a power strip from the single outlet and it shut down all of the power to the outlet and TV. The staff was quick to come up to take a look and fix the issue. They let us borrow their adapter. I did make use of the water provided at the front desk. The lobby seems to be a hang out place for studying and free wifi. There was an instance where sat down in the lobby momentarily just to figure out my destination and the staff immediately poured me some water. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone. "
