"The location is great. Places to eat and shop and excellent public transport options available nearby. Cleanliness of room and service provided by staff generally very good indeed. Excellent free Wi-Fi. One major problem for me: my room - 848 - had been recently partially refurbished, I think, which left it very cramped, with very little unoccupied floor space, so that it was difficult just to move about the room. The bathroom was nice and modern but the door only just made it past the wash basin and the space between the wash basin and the shower was very tight. In the bedroom there was an old drawer and desk unit, with a chair that couldn't be used to sit at the desk because there was inadequate room between the back of the chair and the foot of the lovely, very comfy bed. A stool would have worked better, allowing guest to sit and rest back against the foot of the bed. Not perfect but better than not being able to use the desk surface at all. "

"The smell in the room was unbearable. I covered the sink, toilet and shower with towels but the smell was still coming through and kept me up through the night."

"Staff were excellent, check in very simple and room was ready half an hour early so we were able to drop off our bags and a quick freshen up before heading back out! Location is very handy, 8 mins walk from Euston. Bed super comfy and we were very pleased to find the Chromecast option for the TV later to enjoy after our many steps around the city. Would come again "
