"We stayed for one night, to be close to Regents Park open air theatre. Location good. We visited on hottest day of the year and room was sweltering. We were provided with a fan but it simply wasn’t enough for a comfortable stay. We slept with fan on and windows open. It was noisy and hot all night so we really didn’t sleep well. Sofa bed felt hard & bedding could do with freshening up."

"Was put in a room on the 14th floor right below the hotel restaurant. In addition to some current construction in the restaurant there is also noise from the restaurant during the breakfast which woke me up. Talked to the front desk which moved me to an identical room on the 9th floor and then my next three nights there were perfect."
