"The room was clean, but there no amenities. The room had a tub. Toilet, sink and bed. That was it. The mattress was stiff. I guess you get what you pay for."

"The room was clean and had all of the basics that you would need…. Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, in room safe and a heating/cooling unit that worked well. We were on the third floor and it was quiet… No road noise and no loud people. The free breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. We definitely would stay there again!"

"The good: amazing view, very comfortable bed, huge jetted tub, strong AC, friendly staff. The bad: the pool was closed the entirety of our 4 night drive day stay. The breakfast that was included wasn’t there the 1st morning. The 2nd morning- there were some sleeves of bagels, a couple packs of English Muffins, a jar of PB, a jar of jelly, a tub or margarine, a single butter knife. NO plates, bowls, napkins. There was a basket with a few Little Debbie snacks there too. No juice, no bottled water. The King Deluxe Suite we booked had a kitchenette with a tall mini fridge, but no microwave or anything to heat up food. The bed was very comfortable but needed repair. The bottom two posts kept falling off. The balcony was great- but the lighting was broken and on the ledge of the sliding glass door. And the screen was stuck and inoperable. This place has so much potential. Oh. And the electric fireplace was constantly generating heat and there was a little blue flame at ALL times. Yes, even in the off position. The furniture definitely hadn’t been cleaned under in a very long time either. Found a caramello Easter candy wrapper under my night stand and worse under the dresser."

"You're better off sleeping in your car instead of here!!! Bathroom and living room area were FILTHY! Toilet and shower had visible dirt. I talked to the staff to asked them to clean it and they just shrugged and never sent anyone. I had to clean the room myself. Breakfast was a joke. Only water and chex mix were offered."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel and what seems to be a local brand. I really enjoyed my one night stay after visiting Waldameer Park, as I was then driving to Ohio the next day. The first impression wasn't the best, as some side walks outside were crumbling, and the hallway had some scuff marks. I had room 123, a King with a jetted tub, the entry way had a floor mat covering some carpet tears/damage. One of the ceiling corners had some cobwebs, but otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I was facing the woods and it was a lovely peaceful nature view out my window on the first floor. The man who checked me in was friendly, quick, and provided information about the hotel. There was an indoor pool, open until 10pm, although I did not use it. Soon after checking in, I tried to get coffee, it was about empty, and the front desk agent heard and offered to make more. Breakfast ended a bit too early at 9am, so had to wake up early to eat, breakfast was decent, there was variety like eggs, sausage, and waffles, as well as yogurt and pastries. I enjoyed the jetted tub, it had 4 jets, and was relaxing, although the water often slowly drained, so I would have to refill it. The bed was very comfortable and loved having 5 pillows on the king bed! The bathroom was large, clean, large bar of soap, shower gel, and amazingly good water pressure in shower! Good quality towels! Overall, it was a great stay, the hotel was a great value, and I'd return!"
