Erie's best hotel. The views are incredible. Staff are overall great but the bar staff, and manager Chris are phenomenal. They add immense value to the experience. I highly recommend this property.

The property was beautiful, all the staff was friendly and helpful, there were three restaurants on the property, was able to acess the convention center from the hotel without going outside, I would stay there again.

Room was cozy and warm, the TV and lights were on when I arrived. Temperature was great, and with the bayside window that I was able to open, I could hear the waves all night. Loved it as a last minute little get away from my adult children when I just needed a "me" night. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very nice. Let me check in early and view beautiful. The light switch shocked me when i switched it on by the bed (a few times) and it was incredibly dirty spots on mirror, chips on desk crumbs on the floor. Bed looked unkept and fridge was brown and broke. I would try to get another hotel if possible.

Hotel restaurant great, waitress great. Hostess did a great job because the place was crazy busy! Loved being on the shore of Lake Erie. Only negative was a few homeless people sleeping on benches nearby. A free continental breakfast would have been nice.
