"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Spa felt a little out dated and felt like a swimming pool. Not a spa retreat, if I paid for a spa retreat I would have been unhappy. Stream room very basic… as an example. Parking not enough space must have been an event on. Staff very friendly food was amazing golf course very good but slow on kernow course and effected game"
