"Our stay was very good. Other than external noise, some sirens, it was great. The gym, restaurant (Flemings), front desk staff and valet were all terrific. Friendly, attentive and informative. We walked to an event at the Amica Pavilion and the front desk gave us detailed, accurate instructions on how to get there. We will stay here again and recommend them highly."

"It was a clean room, it was very nice actually. Parking was good, the person who checked me in was helpful. Didn't take a long time like many casinos do. Actually everything was fine except for one only a little cork to the room... There was no desk or a table or anything to eat at."

"My rating would be 4.5 but not given that option. Best hotel breakfast we have recently had. The eggs actually tasted like eggs. I think Bob is name of man who takes care of breakfast, and is shuttle driver. He was great. He indicated hotel is about to be totally renovated. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The only disappointment is pool is only open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. When I checked out the pool the following day the water was cloudy. There was definitely a chemical problem so I was unable to swim."

"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."
