“This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, literally. I was in Room 216, and the conditions were unacceptable on every level. The toilet exploded, flooding the bathroom. “My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. “I was inconvenienced for one of the two days because there were no towels. I told them the delivery vehicle was late and asked them to press 0, but they said it wasn't their problem.”

“The room was nice with a sink outside the bathroom. The breakfast was poor. You are allowed to have only two items from a limited selection of muffins, cereal, fruit, or juice. There is no breakfast buffet like most hotels offer.”

The surrounding area was safe and there were restaurants within a short distance of the property. They are building a Wawa within walking distance.
