"Have stayed before so was expecting good service as the hotel and grounds are amazing, the room was fine and as we travelled with a
dog there was water and food bowls and blanket in the room, we know that the
dog is not allowed in the restaurant for breakfast and the last time we stayed , breakfast was set up in the lounge area and the receptionist said that would be the case this visit. We went down for breakfast and nothing was set up we asked the waitress and she just pointed to an outside...

"The hotel was outdated and ready for a big renovation. The rooms were not cleaned properly as dust was visible on the sticky light switches and hair dryer. Also the head board had disgusting stains on them and we cleaned it ourselves before going into bed. They really have to do a more thorough job on the cleaning. During the two nights we stayed, a
dog could be heard barking all night long. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Pool area was good. Definitely not worth 4 stars. "
