“Lovely hotel. Great breakfast ”

“Please cleaning the room every 2days at least. ”

“You should remove the swimming pool picture. That was closed permanently and when I was reserving the room there was no notice about it. My children were very disappointed. The breakfast was not good(less menu) compared with another same-brand hotel. The sofa bed was horrible. Very very dirty. But the staff was very friendly. Not recommended for the family trip.”

“Our room was great! We stayed in the King suite and enjoyed it very much! The room was clean and lovely. The front desk staff was very accommodating. It was within a block of our venue. The only low to the stay was the rooftop restaurant was closed. There was several restaurants and bars nearby for us to grab food later that evening. ”

“Very clean room. Good parking situation. Friendly and helpful staff. When I first arrived the heat was not working in my room. When I notified the front desk they came right up to check it out. They quickly decided to move me to a new room and all this was handled in short order. ”

“Great stay!!! Rooms were clean. Also so great there were a few rooms to do work. One thing to note if you come in late- it IS the bldg that says Charles Knight- there is a small sign that gives a number to call for after hours. We were definitely wandering since it was our first time staying and it does not give the “hotel’ feel. Anyway so glad we stayed and look forward to coming again.”
