When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "Closeness to Temple is the most undersold feature of this place. Once we cross a small road we will be in Temple!! Staff helped us get laundry done even though we checked in late 3:00 PM. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Food in attached restaurant was quite good and to our taste. Overall - we are staying here in our next trip to Guruvayur."
