“BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

“Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.”

“Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.”
