“Very clean, had a large bathroom, nice staff”

“I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle....

“Cleanliness was definitely on point!! Rooms with pull out beds not recommended at all. Great service. Parking is an issue evening to night as you are next to Horseshoe Casinos, all though there are signed stating you will be towed, well the hotel don't review the cameras to watch the 10 plus people taking the PAID hotel members Parking. Beds not very comfortable I thought it would have been better. Coffee is great. Shower pressure was Amazing!! Staff at desk was very nice. Always greeted you....

“I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.”

“For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed.”

“The breakfast buffet could have been better if there were additional hit items. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been grated.”

“The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on...
