"The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants."

"The property is very safe and beautiful. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. This was our second time there. Unfortunately wasn't as good as the first. We had two rooms, one didn't have AC working correctly and they would not fix it and didn't offer to move us until 5 days in with two days left. Also had a sink leaking that wasn't fixed. The service at the sit down restaurants were extremely slow and food subpar. The market was fantastic. The amount of animals on property was amazing."

"I loved staying here! Staff was very friendly and able to help our tricky situation. The hotel was beautiful, so clean and nice. Pool and outdoor area was a cool hangout spot. Also glad they had a laundry room to use. The breakfast was awesome! Good options! Good restaurants and coffee right next store and a mini mart!"
